the écoumene approach

The écoumene approach

Born from the Gardens of the écoumene, the écoumene approach is a philosophy of the living garden. It connects science, design, and biophilia to relearn how to garden in dialogue with nature. Inspired by permaculture, it invites us to slow down, observe the earth, and cultivate our food self-sufficiency with meaning and awareness.

More than a method, it's a way of inhabiting the world: thinking and acting in harmony with the cycles of life, the seasons, and natural balances. The écoumene approach values slowness, experience, and the passing on of knowledge, so that every action taken in the garden contributes to a larger movement: the regeneration of soils, biodiversity, and the connection between humans and nature.

It is aimed at all gardeners, beginners or experienced, who seek to cultivate differently: with simplicity, intuition, and respect for living things. Because ultimately, there are as many ways to garden as there are gardeners, and as many gardens as there are dreams to cultivate.

Our approach is not a method to follow, but a path to take.

SCIENCE

DESIGN

Ici, on apprend à :
