Jean-François

The indispensable Jean-François, the administrative and financial director , ensures that everything balances out in the company's financial columns. Although reserved by nature, he is kind-hearted and full of goodwill. He finds it incredibly stimulating to work with a team of people who share his convictions with such passion!

Magda

Creating a local and resilient food system is central to the thinking of Magda, our seed production coordinator. As she greatly enjoys interacting with gardeners, she appreciates participating in the organization of winter seed festivals, as well as the activities and garden visits offered to the community gardens.

Camille

The creative Camille acts as our marketing coordinator. Passionate about social media, she translates our passion and vision for ecology and ecosystems into words, sounds, and images, aiming to inspire people to cultivate their love of nature and gardening. In addition to being a young woman with ambitious goals, she is a dynamic, expressive, and cheerful colleague.

Stéphanie

Sandrine, with her background in customer service and her vocational diploma in secretarial studies, has taken on the role of coordinator for the retailer network . Highly efficient and effective, she demonstrates a strong sense of initiative in developing the network and improving the customer experience for retailers. It's a pleasure to collaborate with her on new projects.

Isabelle

As an operations clerk , Isabelle gathers, checks, counts, packs, addresses, and stamps the parcels shipped to customers. Coming from a family with farming roots, she's returning to her heritage and loves it. She even gets to play in the soil herself and never misses an opportunity to do so. The site, where calm and harmony reign between humans, animals, and plants, charmed her immediately.

Julie

Julie says she fell in love with écoumène during her first visit. She decided to follow her intuition and join our team. She now divides her time between fieldwork in distribution or gardening and administrative assistant duties. Always smiling and open to new challenges, she is a valuable asset to our team.

Victor-Hugues

This Arts graduate always sports a broad smile. A great nature enthusiast, Victor was introduced to vegetable gardening at a very young age: he planted his first vegetable garden at 8 years old! His work experience in production, hygiene and food safety serves him well in his role as production manager.

Jeanne

Retired from her job as a laboratory technician, Jeanne now participates in bagging activities and germination tests . From her very first day at Jardins de l'écoumène, she discovered a welcoming and supportive work environment.

Iryna

Despite a background in biology and extensive experience in zoology, Iryna considers herself a lifelong learner. Her passion for plants is nothing new; she even won the prize for the most beautiful community garden in the City of Montreal! As an operations assistant , she brilliantly handles tasks requiring great patience, such as bagging and final cleaning certain batches of seeds.

France

After 10 years as a grocery store cashier, France took on the challenge of a career change and joined our team as an operations clerk . We hope that Les Jardins de l'écoumène offers her a supportive and attentive work environment. Her consistently cheerful disposition brightens the days of her colleagues.
