This model is designed for extreme weather conditions, particularly in regions where crops need protection from severe frost or very low temperatures. The cover thus extends the growing season well into the year. It is strongly recommended to install the cover on hoops spaced 1.2 m (4 ft) apart to avoid damaging the plants.
