Smart Pots technology lies in the porosity of the material, a thick geotextile that ensures optimal root development and therefore plant growth. Smart Pots promote excellent root development because the fabric allows for aeration of the potting soil and the root system, a fundamental principle of gardening. Aeration prevents root spiraling, which hinders healthy plant growth. Furthermore, air circulation prevents overheating, which is harmful to roots and soil microorganisms.

Smart Pots are simple to use and easy to clean. They are washable and collapsible for storage. They are made of lightweight and durable material (7 to 10 years). They are unbreakable.

You can add a saucer (to prevent water from running out) or raise the Smart Pots slightly off the ground (on wooden slats for example) to ensure greater aeration for the plants.

This handy, fast-reading instrument features a probe for measuring humidity, another for measuring pH, and a light sensor for measuring light intensity.

• Durable and easy to use, both indoors and outdoors.
• For moisture measurement, insert three-quarters of the probe length into the soil.
• Moisture measurement is recorded on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being dry soil and 10 being wet soil.

The spiral protective tubes have holes for better ventilation. They adjust to the diameter of the shaft over time.

They protect young trees from mice, hares, and other rodents. The spiral protective tubes are easy to install and effectively protect trunks from mechanical and other damage. They also help preserve the integrity of young bark by preventing direct contact with herbicides.
