Sweet gale (fruit)

The fruit of the sweet gale, also called "boreal nutmeg", has colored seeds with a nutmeg aroma.

Preparation :

Grind or crush at the last moment, in small quantities, to marinate meats and poultry, or add at the end of cooking to flavor broths, soups, rice, pasta, desserts based on apples, pears or citrus fruits, etc.
