Multifunctional, the Passion Santé sprouter allows you to grow your own sprouts, microgreens, and homemade tofu. It is durable, economical, easy to use and maintain.

Instruction sheet:

1. Choose the seeds, place them in the base of the non-perforated germinator and immerse them in water for the required time.
2. Drain the soaking water, using the perforated base as a sieve (the seeds will then be in the perforated base). Rinse well, then cover with the perforated lid.
3. Morning and evening, use the perforated base to thoroughly rinse and drain the seeds. Then place them back in the non-perforated base and replace the perforated lid.
4. Once the germination period is over, your sprouts are ready to eat. You can store any leftovers in the refrigerator using the unperforated lid. The number of days the sprouts can be stored is equal to the number of days they were sprouted.

To remove rings and marks on sprouting trays, soak 1/4 tsp of sodium percarbonate in very hot water. Let soak for an hour or more.
