Preparation :

As an infusion: Infuse 2 to 3 crushed leaves and 15 ml (1 tbsp) of lightly shredded dried herbs in 250 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Cover to preserve the essential oils. Infuse for 5-6 minutes, strain, and enjoy 1 to 2 cups per day.

In cooking: Use as a condiment in poultry and meat dishes, sauces, desserts, etc.
