This radish not only adds a spicy kick to the mouth, but also to the plate with its brightly colored stems in red, pink, mauve and orange, which have earned it the name rainbow radish! Radishes are an excellent source of vitamin C and help, in particular, to eliminate bile and dissolve kidney stones.
